No. Public communication is not what we need.
Watching the news, one item is about Kris Aquino saying that what’s lacking in her brother’s “leadership” is communication to the public of what has been done in the past year. Then they showed how she and her sisters have been doing their share of charitable works to help their brother.
I don’t have anything against doing charitable works. I myself am involved in them sometimes. But one thing she should realize is that they don’t even have to involve themselves on doing that if her brother is doing the right job of reforming and ensuring that poverty is alleviated. If all parents can buy their children school supplies and afford sending them to school, she does not even have to use her talent fee to buy stuff for others.
I remember one or two of my college-orgmates tweeting that if PNoy is even serious of reform, he should’ve raised the minimum wage the way Filipinos would REALLY benefit or even prioritizing farmers’ welfare (e.g., Hacienda Luisita). I couldn’t agree more.
Until April 2011 but will go this year. Hopefully. :)
This is what we’re working on now.
Opening night is Nov 11.
Please come!

Definitely going to listen on April 29. And must find any radio or cellphone with FM radio tomorrow in Cagayan De Oro.
Addendum to Rock Ed Radio sched: Thurs Apr 22 - 2nd half (around 10pm) will host Aaron de Leon (Gibo youth rep) and Carlos Celdran will guest to represent Team Teodoro.

This is good to know, I’ve been thinking of voting for Dick Gordon.
Hmm.
I know now why at the onset, Gordon has always been my choice. Although I was kind of disappointed with his interview on Kandidato. Maybe because he’s been insisting the whole Subic improvement which is indeed true. BUT! There should be more than that, don’t you think? And also, he’s joining the mudslinging nowadays. So boo. Then again, he’s still on top of my list.
Now I wonder, what are the 9 senate bills filed by Noynoy? If there’s nothing about land reform there, then I ultimately won’t believe the whole distribution of Luisita in 5 years. So, here they are, though 12 now. And there’s nothing about land reform. Good bills though.
I swear they're all going here!
Kelly Clarkson this May here in our own country. Oh, why? Why do you have to be here with John Mayer at the same month? Is this your way of hitting two birds with one stone like having a concert and hitting the beach?
I am so poooor. Oh what to do?
This is how Yahoo!News greeted me this morning.
Disappointment: Check!
Disbelief: Check!
And this was done in UPD. Hmm, so how was it done, I ask? There are booths and you just go there? So there was really no sampling involved. Hmm, maybe if ALL the registered students went there to vote, I may have believed the result.
I still don’t know who to vote for the presidential and vice-presidential seat. But definitely, it won’t be Manny Villar. Never.
